Buoyancy aid must be worn at all times. \nStage 6:\nMangerton Mountain Run – 19.20km\nDescription: Starting by going under a 250 year old tunnel under the road\, competitors will ascend to Torc Waterfall and follow forest tracks to the base of Mangerton. From here a mountain track leads to the Devil’s Punchbowl\, 50 metres from the summit of Mangerton Mountain.\nTerrain: Walking trail\, forest track\, mountain track.\nFeatures: From the summit you have panoramic views across the entire Killarney National Park\, the Lakes of Killarney and as far as Kenmare Bay.\nPrecautions: The ascent up the final 50m to the summit of Mangerton is a steep rock incline and competitors must follow the marked route.\nCut off point: Competitors who do not reach the base of Mangerton Mountain by 2pm will not be allowed to continue up to the summit.\nPlot a Route: https://www.plotaroute.com/route/1940161 \nStage 7:\nRoad Cycle – 6.7km\nDescription: This is a short cycle bringing you back to Killarney. While the route will be marked and marshalled\, you are responsible for following the correct route and registering at any checkpoints on your course. \nTaster - 26km\nTASTER – 26 KM\nThe TASTER starts in Castlehaven GAA with a 6 km Out and In run\, followed by a 20 km bike loop starting and finishing in the Castlehaven GAA grounds with a short sprint over the finish line. \n \n \nSport - 58.5Km\nSPORT – 58.5 KM\n*Note: All starts are from Castlehaven GAA Grounds with registration and bike rack on Saturday morning only. \nSPORT—58.5 km \nRun 6 km – Cycle 22 km – Run 7 km – Kayak 1.5 km – Cycle 22 km \nThe SPORT starts in Castlehaven GAA with a 6 km Out and In RUN\, followed by a 22 km BIKE to the Bike Drop in Lough Hyne\, where you begin the anticlockwise 7 km Lough Hyne Forest Loop RUN. After descending the famous steps you will begin the 1.5 km KAYAK (in double sit on top kayaks). After the Kayak you will collect your bike and head on the second 22 km BIKE back to Castlehaven GAA grounds finishing with a short sprint over the finish line. \nNOTE: EXPERT and SPORT Course participants will earn points for the MSAI National Series. \n \n \n\nExpert - 77.5Km\nEXPERT – 77.5 KM\n*Note: All starts are from Castlehaven GAA Grounds with registration and bike rack on Saturday morning only.  \nEXPERT —77.5 km \nRun 12 km – Cycle 35 km – Run 7 km – Kayak 1.5 km – Cycle 22 km \nThe EXPERT starts in Castlehaven GAA with a 12 km Castle Loop RUN\, followed by a 35 km BIKE to the Bike Drop in Lough Hyne\, where you begin the anticlockwise 7 km Lough Hyne Forest Loop RUN.
