DESCRIPTION:The race format will be a team of 2 in either all male or female and mixed teams. \nTwo options of races\, for those who new to navigation there will be a short race of between 3-4 hours called Sprint. The course will be easy and help improve your navigation. \nFor those that navigate there will be 6-8 hours race called endurance. \nSo what you need to know about the Sprint and Endurance races\, there will be a series in both races the best 3 races count. \n\n\n\n\nSprint\nEndurance\n\n\n\n\nSuitable for beginners\nSuitable for experienced racers\n\n\nMap will be marked up\nMark your own maps\n\n\nNavigation will be easy\nNavigation will be hard\n\n\nAny type of bike\nMTB only
