DESCRIPTION:WAAR – Wild Atlantic Adventure Race is the brainchild of CLG Naomh Muire and is for both the seasoned and experienced participant. With the aim of the event being; we should all get involved in some physical activity which encourages more positive mental health. \nWAAR offers Three different categories;\n– Individual WAAR Route\, 55.5k \n– Team (4 person or 2 person)\, 56.5k \n– Sprint\, 39k  \nWAAR INDIVIDUAL (55.5KM)\nIndividual\nAll individuals must complete all four disciplines. Run\, Bike\, Hike\, Kayak (55.5k approx) \n \nWAAR TEAMS (56.5KM)\nTeams (4)\nTeams are made up of four people\, with each person completing one of the tasks;\nPerson 1: Run\, Person 2; Bike\, Person 3 Hike\,  Person 4 Kayak.  \nTeam of Two\, Person 1; Run & Kayak\,  Person 2; Bike & Hike \n \nWAAR Sprint (39KM)\nSprint\nThis is an alternative WAAR Route which will comprise of three disciplines;\nAll individuals must complete all three disciplines\, Run (5K)\, Bike (33K)\n& Kayak (1K). (39k approx)
