SPRINT COURSE 26Km / 484m Elevation
5.8km Run on road, 1km Lake Kayak, 8.0km Cycle on road with a final 1k ascend on trail, 3.4km Mountain trail & 7.8km cycle on trail & road

REBEL COURSE ; 41Km / 793m Elevation
6.5km Road run, 1.5km Lake Kayak, 15.5km road / trail cycle, 5.3km Mountain Trek & 13.0km final road / trail cycle

EXTREME COURSE ; 62KM / 1295m Elevation
12.5km Road/Trail run, 1.5km Lake Kayak, 22.5 Road / Trail Cycle,
7.0 Mountain Hike & final 18.3km road / trail cycle.
TITAN COURSE 105km / 1837m Elevation
12.5km Road / trail run, 4.5km Lake Kayak, 37km Road Cycle, 10km Mountain trek, 31km Road cycle & 11.0km final run.
