This is also the transition area where you will pass through at the end of each leg before starting on the next one

For the Overall ARI National Solo Series, the Sport & Expert race results will count as one of the 9 Races in the overall series (Best 5 races to count) 

Course Details:

Expert Course – 63km – Designed to Challenge all athletes

Typically 3 to 6.5 hrs Duration

Provisional Start Time 10am (TBC)

Activities Involved: Kayak (2k), Trail Running (16km) and Road Biking (45km)

Fully Marked Route & Race Route Details Provided in advance

Sport Course- 32km – Designed for Intermediates/ Those looking for a good test

1.5 to 3.5Hrs Duration

Provisional Start Time 11am (TBC)

Activities Involved: Kayak (1.5k), Trail Running (9k) and Road Biking (21k)

Challenge Course – 18km – Designed for Beginners/ Newbies to Adventure Racing

1 to 2.5 hrs Duration

Provisional Start Time 12 noon (TBC)

Activities Involved: Kayak (1k), Trail Running (5k) and Road Biking (12k)

Parking: There is plenty of parking at event HQ at Keel Beach close to campsite

Facilities: Showers are available for small fee at campsite.

Water: There will be water available at the start/finish/ transition area – Please bring your own water bottles

KAYAK:- The Kayak section is on a small inland lake.

Kayaks provided are single & double sit on tops

Option to bring own kayak, paddle & buoyancy Aid – Please select this option at entry to allow management of kayaks

Kayaks, paddles & buoyancy aids left at lake at own risk at all times – Please ensure your property is marked with your name & race number.

Kayaks must be collected between 1.30 and 2.30pm only
